Corporate Workshops
Jon Rees develops and delivers creative workshops for businesses and organisations, using photography and other artistic approaches to encourage fresh thinking, connection and new perspectives within professional environments.
Drawing on his extensive experience as an artist, photographer and group facilitator, Jon creates workshops that bring people together through shared creative experiences. His approach invites participants to step outside familiar patterns of thinking, explore different ways of seeing and engage with ideas and experiences beyond their everyday working environment.
Workshops can be developed around themes including creativity, communication, wellbeing, identity and perspective. Through accessible photographic exercises, creative activities and facilitated group conversations, participants are encouraged to experiment, reflect and share ideas in a relaxed and supportive environment. No previous artistic experience is required.
Jon’s work with organisations has included a Changing Perspectives programme for TK Maxx’s senior leadership, alongside extensive experience delivering creative programmes for NHS staff and other professional groups. Workshops can be tailored to the needs of individual organisations, from one-off sessions to longer programmes, with an emphasis on meaningful engagement, collaboration and the value of creativity in bringing about new ways of thinking.
